Before buying my YZ-2, I did get the chance to run both. I found the Yokomo to a far better handling car then the XB2, but keep in mind they where both dirt version's.

Amain does a really good job at keeping parts in stock, really not a problem.

Can't speak for the Yokomo, sure is durable too. But, he Xray is pretty indestructible. We had a new guy last night with an xb4 with a 6.5 in, and is just learning hitting pipe at full speed, sometimes head on, and didn't break anything. He even flew the car out of the track onto the concrete. The damage was just a popped ball cup. I was shocked at the abuse the Xray took. I bought all these backup parts for my xb2 and don't think I'll need them. If you notice, all the used Xb2's that came with extra plastics are being sold with them. Seems they are not breaking... With the exception of the faulty hanger..

Just picked up a carpet xb2 for $225. Car is mint, except for the outdrives. Will need new ones soon. how often are xb2 and yz2 owners needing to replace outdrives running stock? Also wondering if using a slipper eliminator is harder on them. $60 to replace the outdrives for the Xray... Might as well spend the $72 and get a whole new diff
