I guess my point is, the B6 is much more of change compared to the B5M platform, then the B6D is to the B5M.
Seems like you if you drive primarily on Clay (Much of the SoCal circuit), which do you choose? Their little chart has Clay in the middle and shows them both "good" for clay...

Are you really gonna debate the tire in the attached photo as being Schumacher?

There is a 4 gear standup available for the B6D as an option; it's listed on the PDF spec sheet on AE website.
All the EOS pics feature the Schumacher tyres as they're handout at EOS...but I think 'box art' shots feature the new JConcepts tyres?
Be interested to try them when they come out, though currently nothing quite as good as the Schumacher tyres on Astro/Carpet IMO.

Interesting in that they went to that larger idler in the b6. I wonder how that will change up the internal ratios

The GRP front cut stagger tyre is much nicer to drive on then the Schuey tyre, has a much nicer turn in and general level of grip, the Schuey can be a bit vicious sometimes.
