A little off topic but I use RC Champ all the time. The staff is extreemly helpful and most of their prices are awsome. Since I live in Japan I don't have to pay shipping fees and I get my order the next day I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

From the start I knew this would be a high dollar kit. Just look at the BD touring car and that does not include a body or tires. In all I think there is more to the BX than the BD too. The BX with a slipper and oneway and addapters to use all your wheels from your BC if you had/have one. Looking at the BX I can hardly see what hop-ups will be made. The only hop-up I can see getting will be Ti screews and maybe different springs if I ever need them. My friend bought a ZX5 and I'm sure he has put close to $500 into it after several upgrades. Just a thought any way.

nsr250repsol you are right ..........the buggy looks amazing and is full optional too.......i've seen on spiral rc that the price in Japan will be around 56000 yen (400€ ) usually i pay 25-30 $ shipping plus custom fees ...this car will cost to me around 450€-480€ ...the Bj4 WE is priced 500€ so i think the price is good.....but there are few guys here that would buy a car from a japanese rc shop (i'm one of them :-D i love Champ of course) but mostly prefer local hobby shop and if the car would be imported in europe the price will be 40% highter (a BD in italy cost 550$ ..in japan around 340$) so i think that the price policy of Jconcept is better than the yokomo's one......BJ in italy is priced 500€ and Directly sold by the official importer at fixed price......yokomo instead pass trough many hands and the final price is highter.....here yokomo is considered an expensive brand (like Tamiya) even more than xray or corally.......i think that very few people will consider to buy this beauty (apart me ...i've to mail Masa :-D )
Bye!

Well the MR4BX has been released and delivered to hobby shops in Japan as of Sunday March 19th. Mine should be shipped out in the morning and I'll have it in a day or two. RC Champ's price is 56,000 YEN ($487.00 US) for those who had them on pre-order. The yen rate is about 115 to the dollar now, so that's not too bad of a price after all. I'm # 70 on the BJ4 worlds pre-order but I will most likely will not be buying. I'll post pics of my new Yokomo as soon as I get it in the mail. Now I just need to order new batteries for saddle packs.
Cheers!
Josh

Just shoot them an e-mail, Hirotaka-san will help you out. There is a link for international order e-mail. Here is a link that should help you out: http://www.rc-champ.co.jp/Champ_Inte...onal_index.htm
I hope this helps out.

I will post pics as soon as the car arrives. There was a bit of confusion with RC Champ so the kit did not ship out till friday the 23rd. I should have the kit delivered tonight though. I'll start building the Kit sometime sunday (as soon as the hangover is gone ).

I heard the price on this bad boy has dropped from $700 to just over $500. Any truth to that?
