Default help with new piston and sleeve break in...

so I installed a new piston sleeve conrod and pin in my LRP .28
I set the carb to factory setting and I can get it to odle for about a minute and then it boogs down and dies. Raw fuel is coming out of the carb. I tried to lean it out a little but it really didn't help. fuel is spitting out of the carb when its running (just a little spray).

If I give it just a teeny weeny bit of thorttle it immediately dies.

Any suggestions? Does it sound like a possible air leak? I put the backplate from my TT .21 on it so I can do a dill start. Perhaps it is leaking? I remeber someone did the same thing and everything fit pretty well. I am going crazy with this thing!!!!!!

Any help would be appreciated. yes I have a new glow plug and charged battery.
