There is nothing needed out of the box this car is very adjustable and competitive, if your wanting to try someone else's setup, then you will have to look and see what they have

I got home last nite from a big race in Arkansas and have to admit these looked really good! JR Mitch totally dominated in 2wd and 4wd! But seriously he could've TQ'ed with a stinkin Traxxas bandit! That guy can wheel!
As for the stock body. I found myself wanting to ask several guys what body is that, then I remembered oh yeah thats the stock 22 3.0 body lol!

I may have missed it, but the automated search didn't find an answer, so...
? Where are the TLR team drivers measuring the rear ride height on the 3.0...? On the 1.0 and 2.0, the original info was to measure to the bottom of the transmission, but with the 3.0 chassis step-up, etc. I realize I may be measuring my ride height wrong...?
? Are the published "stroke" lengths for shocks the actual measurement from the bottom of the shock body to the top of the shock end...?
Thanks in advance and sorry if this is a rehash...

Yes, top of the eyelet to the bottom of the shock cartridge.

I have to say if people aren't satisfied with these shocks... Guess you can't please everybody! Just in comparison with my B5MFL and T5M I had to spend an additional $45 each (Ti-Nitride shock shafts and X-Ring rebuild kit) to get the shocks as smooth as these in stock form! TLR was very nice to include X-Rings out of the box and those shafts are nice and smooth too!

Assocaited guys pick on me at my track because I run Losi.
I run Losi because I wanna run something different. I get tired of hearing about the SC5m, B5m, etc.
Tebo Runs Kyosho and nobody seems to care about that either.
I think i just have a bunch of idiots that race with me is all..

After many weeks of racing (and crashing) I managed to break a shock tower last night. That was weird.
Some are reporting breaking the rear ballstud mount, I saw my first last night.
If your car is new and your shop stocks parts, don't worry about breakage. This thing is pretty tough.

FWIW: I have a suspicion that I know WHY the rear shock tower breaks where it does (every picture of a broken rear shock tower shows the last 3/4" of the right "ear" snapped off)... If the car flips and lands upside down with the rear end hitting first, the shock tower flexes just enough for it to hit the aluminum motor mount, and it snaps at that spot...
