Local carpet track is about 10 runs on schumacher rears but get a little more out of fronts. The proline last twice as long but when they wear out they go from working to not working fast. A guy had some prototype j concepts but they looked like they were wearing REALLY fast.

My car was really good with the stock setup on a really high traction clay track, but was a handful on lower bite.

Electronics layout
So I've finished the build to get it to roller status. And the parts were perfect fit great plastics! However I will be running a Reedy servo, Reedy black box, and Airtronics rx-461 receiver. And I have no room to mount them. I'm thinking of cutting the foam into two pieces and inserting them on either side of the battery, this having the middle open to allow for more room. Please advise and or share pics of others electronic layouts that use a standard servo. -Thanks!

We've had great success testing the new tires and get to compare them to the Schumacher tires as that's what we normally run on carpet and astro

Setup is actually really good, I was pretty far off with the kit setup, now it's like learning a brand new car. Car is stable and easy to drive on a mid traction clay track, much more predictable than before while still having a ton of steering.

I want to try wider hexs in the rear since the industry standard 12mm wheels are slightly more narrow, should add some stability and rotation.

will the dirt car have an alloy chassis or carbon fiber?
