I'm using more shims, because I'm using a thinner bearing.
Stock bearing is 6x13x5. 6 is the inner diameter, 13 is the outer diameter, and 5 is the width. You must change to a 5x13x5, which is a fairly rare bearing. However, the 5x13x4 is very much mass produced. This is why I needed considerably more shimming than WillS.
Here's a few links to some clutch shims I keep in my collection:

Remember that you can always check stock of parts and kits directly at the Xray factory in Slovakia.
This way you can keep an eye on release dates as well as expected shipping dates of new parts and kits and their ETA at your national distributor.
Remember that shipping time will vary greatly depending on where your national distributor is located, what shipping option they use as well as local customs times.

Bent can you update the first post with the slipper mod? As well as the needed washers for the wrong molding on the arms for the hinge pin holders.

Has anyone had much success running the gear diff on medium- high bite clay like what's found at club Rc. If so, what weight did you settle on? Also, what fans are recommended for the motor? Any chance an r1 fan will fit?
