What are you talking about? Are we talking about the xb2? There are NO updated parts.

Rear motor? I didn't know the car could run the motor on the rear of the car. It is a specific mid motor car. Rear motor would need different suspension geometry. As for buyers remorse. Xb2 is again hands down one of the best buys out. Go run the car and be happy with one of the best cars out.

When you read about it having the motor having a mid or rear configuration, its not what you think. It is a dedicated mid motor buggy, but you have a choice of setting up the motor for mid or mid-rear as they call it. one way has the motor sitting further back by 12 mm i think. But it is still in the mid motor configuration. One is for med to med-high traction and the other is for low to med traction. Then the carpet edition is for high traction situations

or do you need to physically see a rear motor to convince you there is a rear motor xb2?

Xray has plans to release a rear motor for the dirt xb2, but has yet to be announced when it will be available. So to answer the original question; no one has run the rear motor configuration because it is not yet available.
