Yeah I have those parts and have done all that. I feel that the xb2 is a tad off pace right now. Just look at the top drivers for example. Bruno kills it in 4wd but struggles to make the Amain with the xb2. Flip brands to ae and look at the b6 that has dominated already but that same driver can't get the b44 in the Amain. I love my xb4 16 but my xb2 is just off. I'll be going with a b6 in the mean time and wait for the xb2 to be updated.
there will be a few popping up at my track soon, will be interesting to compare them.

I am definitely not parting ways with the xb2 by any means. I fully expect Xray to keep and advancing the car. I've had the xb4 since the original and have updated every year and have been blown away each time. I would really like to see gullwing arms and a 3 gear lay down next.

Wondering what the internal ratio is on the xb2 carpet so I can determine FDR. What should be my starting ratio for a mach3 17.5? I have a 75 spur and 32 pinion at the moment.
Also wondering what upgrades I should start with. I was thinking about getting the front brass lower arm mount and exotek brass front suspension holder. For the front arm mount is the 26 deg sufficient?
I was also thinking about getting the alum roll center mount, rear camber mount and steering rack.
I had an xb4'15 and really liked it then I got a HB D413 to try and i kept stripping the plastics. the overall design of that car was not my favorite. For example they screwed the tower mounts into the gear box from the top so everytime you land a jump you are applying a force on the mount screws pulling upward eventually they'd pull right out and you have to replace the plastics. I know X-ray plastics are much better and the design is a lot better so do I really even need to go with the aluminum mounts for strength? Or only if I want to add some bling?

What kind of track are you running it on?

i run on astro and i run alum front pivot, alum front and rear camber blocks, alum rear hubs, carbon fiber battery strap, alum servo mounts and horn, hard plastics, etc. doing such allows the car to be more rigid and rotate around in the corners better and helps reduce traction roll.

then yes the alum camber blocks would be helpful.

Is the internal ratio 2.65 on the carpet edition?

And the alum servo mount says compatible with xb4 and xb4'16. That is the one I want I'm assuming?
