neve ever ever move your servo when the power is off. It screws it up, obviously... lol
you may have toasted the motor.... or something else deeper inside...

Never ever!!! use KO servos in a 1/8 buggy!
Seriously...I had big problems this summer with a PDS-2143. Great servo, super fast and strong...but I kept stripping gears...3 in two weeks. The final straw...one of the popular magazine writers was at my track one day. He sees me takin my radio tray off, cussin, pissin, n moanin n what not. Asks me whats wrong, so I told him bout my problems. He states that "it is generally accepted" by many, that for whatever reason, KO servos just dont like being in offroad vehicles.
