Default 1/16 E Revo Problems

Recently I acquired a used 1/16 E Revo and after installing a new chassis and some other parts I put a Velenion in it and drove it some but after sharply turning and going up on two wheels it has been making a noise that seems like it would be from the slipper clutch but then after a few minutes of running it stops and sounds like the spur and pinion are not meshed at all but if I take the motor out and put it back in it runs for a minute or two again, but still not nearly at full speed. Anyone know what the problem is? I appreciate any and all help!

Sounds like the slipper or gear mesh may be losing up as you run. I would check to see that both of those are set properly. If they are, you have a problem elsewhere in the driveline.
