Hi, on my Rc8b3e i would like to try the arm block block +2 Deg. Have any of you tried them? After putting the new steering block arm to re-build the front convergence? Thanks to everyone in advance

I will second this... I wasn't missing anything, everything was dialed and went together great. Seems the "plastics" are a bit different than the original no?

Is there a misprint in the rc8b3.1e manual the instructions say build the front and rear diffs with the 15mm out drives but it came with 4 17mm out drives and only 2 15mm out drives

Nitro manual says 17mm Front and Centre and 15mm Rear diff. Makes sense now the CVA's are all the same length.

All I have are the full size 4s batts. Wonder if all the bittydesign ones will fit those?

Should work good . The body stays pretty flat in that area .

There isn't one. Usually when a car receives "minor" updates, discussion continues in the original thread.

Was building my shocks today with the optional Fox Shock bodies and could not get the blue anodized shock body seal retainer to screw on all the way. On the stock shock bodies the seal retainer screwed on with no issue. Anyone else have issues with these Fox shock bodies or have a fix?

This is a great question to anyone who's built both, has the quality been improved? I'd love to know this as I'm thinking of getting one. The thing is though, I thought the rc8.2 was good quality so maybe I'm not a good judge.

I had the same issue with a set I installed a few months back. I'm sure this isn't the right way/fix but I added some bearing lube and tightened them down using a cloth to wrap them in and a pair of pliers. I've yet to disassemble so..... proceed at your own risk.

hahah the quality of the rc8.2 was good, but the car design itself left a lot to be desired.

Having built both the old/new B3e's I think it has improved but would like to get others feedback as well.

I built my 3.1e yesterday and I've gotta say, I'm moderately impressed. All of the gripes I had about the T3e were fixed on this kit. I love the holes in the chassis for weights! Fit and finish was top notch on this thing!

Guys, let us know your impressions after you drive the updated kit. Is it worth upgrading from the original??

You can buy the upgrades for the B3e.
