Was wondering if the Lunsford titainium turnbuckle kit for the sct410 will fit the .3

So how about 3s for these, as in the outdoor season. I say run the same system in these as you would in an 8th scale buggy, including the tires. Maybe call it the new outlaw class?

I like the looks of the new Durango, but I like this better. I'm getting one of these for myself and my son. We both have tricked out 4x4 Slashes. It's time to upgrade ! I'll be running both of them on 3s. Not sure what sensored motor and ESC? I have Tekin now. My son has stock. Maybe either the Tekin T8I 2700kv or the Pro4 3300kv. Any suggestions?

The voltage makes the difference on run times. If you use 3s, make sure your track allows it. Most are only running 2s batteries. I think they should all go to 3s outdoors.

I completely agree, especially for the SL class. You can get the same performance, with less heat.

matthew, anything different in the side pod plastics? does the .3 put the battery back further (and eliminate the need for the battery tray mod)?

I could go with a 5000mah 3s battery. My 6500mah 2s weighs 11.29oz. 4300mah 3s weighs 10.37oz and a 5000mah 3s weighs 12.90oz. I don't race anymore. I don't care about weight. I just like to go to the track on practice days and drive for 3-4 hrs. I just want longer run times per battery and lower heat in the summer.
You'd probably have no problem making a 7 min main with a 4300mah 3s. You get longer run times than you think with 3s.
