I'm pretty new to 4wd what is the best way to set up my droop?

Evening Gents, i'm looking for a bit of advice. I took my truck to a outdoor carpet track to practice for an upcoming race and the truck suffered from SEVERE snap oversteer.
Im running box setup and only changed out shock oils and centre diff (40/30 WT and 30000 cts on centre diff) on Proline pinpoints front and rear.
I tried running non carpet tyres front, but that just created excessive ondersteer and reduced acceleration. I dont have different springs or pistons to swop out.
What other changes can I attempt to curb this. Track is fairly smooth with only small jumps.
Any help would be appreciated.

There's definitely more to try but these are the first things I think of. You may also try a lower RC in the rear.

Sct410v1 vs. Sct410v3
Hey guys I have been following this tread for a while and was hoping to see some comparisons between the sct410v1 vs the new sct410v3 from someone that either has them both or made the upgrade to the new truck. I have not seen any reviews, if i missed them please point me in the right direction. So my question is how much better is the new truck than the original? If so what improvements are noticeable.

Tekno says to measure the center of the upper and lower shock mounting screws, the rear should be about 118 mm if I recall correctly. I'm not in love with that method. I like the wat the Hudy set up guide shows, so after I have it at the recommended Tekno setting, I use small blocks under the chassis and measure the axle heigth.

So should I set ride height then droop, or droop then ride height, or does it matter

I have the same set up, but I have some Eco Power 4000 mah shorty's for my buggy that I play with. I was impressed with the run time. I was getting around 5 minutes which is enough to check set up changes and warm up with out messing with race batteries. I will time mine next time if it ever drys up in Ohio.....

Is there a front bumper that will stick out in front of the body like slash 4x4? I really like the look and durability of having the bumper out in front of the body.

I think T-Bone Racing's bumper may stick out past the body but I'm not sure. The stock bumper was designed to not go past the front of the body. When trucks that have the bumper in front of the body take a big hit the body often flexes up and over the bumper which then puts stress on the body mounts and the body.
