Personally I'm going with either the Hitec 9360 or 9370. I like newer stuff regardless of price. Plus these are designed to run @ 7.4 and have hardly any pull on your battery. I don't recall who but they did a strain test by hanging a weight on a servo horn and went full turn. An attached volt me registered barely any draw.

I think the rear and nose diving is highly driver dependent. I had the opportunity at the dirt nitro challenge to have both Danny of Tekno and than lutz drive my truck. Danny immediately drove it and liked it as I do. Ryan had nosediving issues and wanted more cornering ability (my truck is set up more stable and less aggressive). After a couple laps Ryan still drove the heck out of my truck and was able to stop diving, but for him it required a change to using more throttle up the face of a jump. For me, I let off up the face and still don't dive. That middle where you basically stay constant is where it was a problem. Different setups and mods will change how it works for you and your driving style. For the stay the same speed folks, the battery mod is probably reasonable. My truck has ALL the weight forward though, including receiver and transponder and the back missing some plastic.

I'm curious how some of the composite parts (hinge pin braces, diff cross pins, split center diff mount) will hold up. Durability and wear has been such a strong point for Tekno on their previous kits. Hopefully that's still the case here.
My 9 year old son will be the one racing it; I'm certain he'll thoroughly test the durability...
We're looking forward to getting this truck, it'll be our first Tekno!

I have seen things done to a Tekno that were amazing, and it still raced. I have never seen anything in this hobby as tough, nothing.

Is there anymore news on how these trucks are doing with some of the Tekno drivers using them? Are there any setups for this truck yet?
