[QtUOTE=King DORK;14379554]Lol. I had a Copperhead system (louder than most) in an Axial EXO buggy which has a very loud drivetrain. Thing was hilarious running down the street. Sounded similar to a kid putting playing cards in the spokes of his bike rims. Motor was actually very ballsy and plenty fast in the EXO, which was a heavy pig.[/QUOTE]

center drive shaft
Anyone aware of the physical differences between these two drive shafts? Clearly one is for the lighter SC and light buggy and the others for the 4S powered chassis. Wondering if it's just weight and durability.

The buggy/truggy models have bigger pins that wouldn't fit into the truck input/output shafts. I tried it by mistake.

Midway through the build at the servo install part. I'm using an Airtronics 94915 servo and it will not fit in the plastic sleeve provided. I've been trying to file down the walls of the stock opening provided in TKR5511 Radio Tray / Mud Guard however its taking forever..
Is there a quick way to make the 94915 Servo fit? This is not any bigger than the full size servo's I've used in the past but it is a lot bigger than some of the Savox and Hitec servos I've used. Thanks!

i just dremeled the back side wall out to fit a heavy duty futaba servo in there. it doesnt need it to hold servo strong.
After replacing the cheapy A block, the car has been much more durable,I removed the center brace and bent the front alum driveshaft in a crash that cart wheeled it. to bad the above HD one wont work in the SL model

the Sanwa servo was not just 0,5mm to thick, but 1mm to high also. I had to mill out the chassis, too.

Thanks to a post on here with the Ford 60's truck body, I had to get one with a flamed hotrod paint job.

You can see the swell bow still there between the servo and ESC.
Anyhow looks good man! You'll end up owning more than one before it's over with, once you drive it a little bit you'll start to like the way it handles!

Had to shave some on the side plate myself to get the Futaba HV-9352 to fit as well. This is going to be a part that needs revised on Tekno's future models.

That was probably my girlfriend and I! We both run those 66 Ford shells and love em! They have a definitive presence about them and just look way cool making hot laps around the tracks!

Anyone know of a good place to get a good quality pre painted body? I'd like a truck body as I purchased the mounts for it but honestly I'd settle for an SCT body if the price was right. I'm not looking to spent another $90 on a body I'm only going to beat up in a month or so.
