Default Upgrades for an OS .21 RG

I just got a brand new one, cuz it was cheap, now, what can i do to imrpive it's performance over stock....

Just run it. If you spend $70 on a head and $80 getting it modded you will have spent $260 on an engine that will still not make top end power with a $275 engine. RG's are great engines that have good low-mid power and if your straightaway is lsee than 150ft long you should do just fine.

If you don't have a pipe yet, see if you can find a Paris AL650. When I first started 8th buggy I ran an RG with one and for the first 80 feet or so it was a bonified hairy balled rascal.

I ran an Ofna 086 on my RG with great results, still do. It's a pretty inexpensive setup too.

Go with this pipe, I have one and it produces prodigious amounts of torque and mid range power. Used it on my os rz-v99b with great performance and fuel economy.
