Proline tires blue paint over spray

Havent bought tires in awhile. Whats with all the blue over spray. Normal?

It looks like foam dust to me.

Yes. That is foam dust. That is normal for Proline. Just wash the tires.

okay i'll give them a good scrubbing. I kinda tried wiping them but sure seemed to be on there.
