I think the optional 6mm provides less resistance. Even at 6mm they are stout and will have a very very long life span.
My YZ4 just arrived going to the post office to pick it up. R&D Japan $406 shipped to the States in 3 days. Big thanks to my Bro for hooking me up with R&D, as well as a big thanks to Tim at R&D for getting it shipped out lightening fast.

www.rc-race-and-drift-japan.com

I order quite a bit from them. Always dependable, quick shipping and if something you want is not listed or not in stock, just send them an email and they'll try very hard to get it for you. Really good store. YZ4 is out of stock there, but Banzai Hobby has them for just a tad more (around 10$) if you can't wait.

No.

AMain has YZ-4 parts/option parts in - including the sway bar package YOKZ4-412.

I tried the new 6mm narrow pulley and belt and noticed a huge difference in resistance when turning the spur by hand.

If you look at the photos i posted in one photo the chassis is a light colour and in another photo it looks very dark, there is only one chassis but it depends on the lighting as to what you will see.

I started to order that but held off as I'll be putting in 6.5. That would be a good option for 13.5t. I hope stock is not bad.

Amain drop the kit price to $440, that sucks. I should've waited a day. Lol
One positive parts are reasonable priced.

Hey my friend if you need option parts go to MIBOSport as they had most everything in stock Michal is super cool. If not try MB models London as Micheal is super cool as well. Both places have lightning fast shipping. 4 days to your door.

R&D Japan should have most parts soon but you may want to check.

I got my Kit from R&D Japan as a I have buddy that told me to go there.

I bought most of my hops from Michal at MIBOSport and some others from LMR as Lee is super cool as well.

I have an extra 6mm rear belt and pulls set I may sell as I ordered one from Mibo and one from LMR.

Michael at MBModels in London is super cool as well. I have bought from them before. Great Service as is all the others I listed above. I believe MB just listed all there new YZ4 stock late yesterday.

You will get your $20 back, or at least in store credit. Call tomorrow and say Brett Bowen sent you.

Finished installing the motor mount and both belts, one step before installing the upper deck, and damn, the drivetrain is tight. Yeah, the buggy will break in a bit, but how much? Anyone else experience this? Both trannys were pretty smooth, similar to a 2wd at least, but once those belts are installed it's another story...

Amain hobbies has all the parts, and there a lot lot lot lot cheaper than Yokomo europe, and mibosport hobbies. when you search for the parts they will only come up if you search YOKZ4 on the amain website.
