You can also use the rear-rear hanger from the YZ-2. The only thing is that it's 1 mm shorter in height. So I just added 1mm shims on top of the yz-2 hanger. No big deal. See picture at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_Y...ew?usp=sharing

I assume kit standard setup is 3 degrees toe and 2 squat, based on the name of the hangar!

Yz2 excels here and now so does the YZ4!

This was not the best setup we tried for the run on the video but was ok, only had 4 hours with the buggy so far, played around with a few things but did not have time to try different diff oils, we run much heaver oil in the B-Max4 III on this track, we had 5/5 in as we were going to run on a outdoor track on Saturday but did not.

5/5 is where I landed on at my local tracks with the bmax... Think a similar setup will work with this?

Yes you can play use the aluminum or steel front rear hanger with inserts. I am just into my build, thus I have the front rear steel hanger as well as the aluminum rear rear. Will see if the aluminum rear rear works? Hope it does? If so I will mess around with the inserts.

I also see the aluminum motor mounts are option parts... For those already with the kit what comes in the kit? I assume still metal mounts?

More than likely yes,
with the B-Max we used 5/5 on a outdoor track, hard packed with sugar, on the indoor clay track we used 20/10, the indoor clay track we use JConcepts slicks, super soft with tire treatment, the track has water misting, about every 10min's or so, I would class the grip as low but the slicks give you good forward traction, we found the 20/10 helps the buggy drive hard in the corners and the rear end rotates better.

yesterday with the YZ4 and 5/5 in the diffs the rear end was a little too stuck but ran out of time to try different diffs

Gary

A heads up for everyone, there might be a molding issue with the front arms, I broke one and noticed small air bubble pockets in the arm. Anyone else have/seen this yet?
