Shoot, I was up there all day. You should have slapped me upside the head and asked to drive the Y-max. I was driving it all day trying to make it get loose, which was very hard to do. Worth the swap in my book.

can someone explain what the rear suspension mount spacers are used for. Some setups show it removed from the rear front mount and on the rear rear mount it is place on top versus using it in the factory location? is it a roll center change?

I asked that question a page or so back, and that is the response I got (roll center change)

Yes, It is a roll center adjustment and has a larger effect than the inner ball stud adjustment. Raising the arm mount raises roll center, lowering arm mount lowers roll center (opposite of inner ball stud adjustment).

Removing the mount spacers made the car roll a bit more in the corners. It gave a more balanced feel on a tight high bite track for me

Tips for ball diff install? What washer size and what side is the screw on,, the gear side or opp the gears?

Edit, yes for spacers and if you put the longer drive shafts on, at least on one side you will need to put the shorter shafts back on. Looks like the short shafts are perfect w/ the ball diff,, outdrives just a touch longer.

Has anyone tried the aluminum rear camber block? What are your thoughts for a medium bite clay track.

picking this buggy up in a week, can't wait to put this together also getting an mr v2 for my daughter so it should be a very fun week for us..

this new buggy looks awesome! i've been wanting a yoke for a long time and now i finally get to pull the trigger. Anyone driving this thing that can help me with set-up? I'm in the oc/rc / lrh / pegasus hobbies areas. pegasus is closest but oc isn't too far a drive.

I run frequently at LRH and have a good setup that translates to OC/RC very well. Be aware that it used all of the steel spare parts and the big brass battery weights.

Screw head always goes on the Right rear.
