Thanks for posting your setup.

The one for the Bmax2. I run mod so I don't want lighter bones.

With tires and no body it's at 1630gr I think but will be at the track today and will weigh it to make sure. I can remove 2 of the brass plates I have behind the shorty and it will be 60gr lighter. I could also remove the Yokomo rear camber link aluminum part as when I put it on it really didn't change how the car ran so I just left it on there as my lap times were pretty much the same.

I feel that I have made the car way more stable and the good thing is it should be very easy to make the car lighter and add steering if need be. By removing the 2 brass plates behind the shorty and the brass part in front of the motor this reduces the weight by 94gr. I can also remove the rear aluminum camber link part which I think is around 15gr more than the plastic one.

So you added over a 100g to the rear of the car, essentially the same weight as if you added another motor?

I guess if the car with no brass parts is 1530gr then I added 100gr.

I know in bench racing a heavy car is not good but in the end whatever works on the track is what I care about. If you look at Cavelleri setup from the Nats on a high bite track his car is at 1554gr and we know they are able to make it lighter than that. So on a lower bite track I think a heavier car makes even more sense.

Looks like Carson has switched over to the Y-max setup. This is looking like the best option for US clay/dirt tracks...
