First, does your track have a sufficient number of E-Truggys out there to run constantly?? Or should you be looking for an E-Buggy? Or possibly a nitro?
That would be my first question to you.

Second, would be vehicle support? Does you LHS/Track support the car you decide to purchase. Parts break, wear out, need to be replaced for what ever reason. Are you going to be able to get those parts without having to put your car way for a week while you are waiting on parts to ship.

As far as vehicles, all 3 are good choices.

Mugen and Losi
Great quality, tunable to any track condition, well put together and very well designed. Lots of people run these there for, you may be able to barrow parts if you cant get them. One thing with the Losi, You have to get a conversion kit to run electric as they don't make one specificly electric.

Serpent. don't know much but the V2 is better than the V1. From what Ive herd.

Happy hunting...

then I would see if someone would let you try one of the tlr mugen and serpent to see what fits your style.

I like mugen. lots of steering but arms and pillow balls can be fragile. I have had great durability from my mbx7te though. smooth truck and the out of box setting is a tad on the soft side of the suspension. everything else is almost dead on the settings I needed.

it handles great and is easy to drive.

I felt like I fought the losi the entire time on the track and that wore me down to where I was not as consistant on the end of the race.
