If the "force" body for the serpent fits then I am wondering if the "fighter" does as well?
For the x7 nitro...I like it..but my body of choice is still the bulldog body for the x6'if you can find it".....

Or if anyone likes that "fighter" style they make a mbx6 nitro version

On a different note, and I did search but for the sake of time I'll just ask, what kyosho springs are people favoring? Do they rub? Also, anyone go with a different shock boot? I need a new set... Thanks!

For anyone that might be in the market, I've got like new 7R Eco that will be going up for sale soon as a roller.

7 days old with a very competitive setup, message if interested thank you!

I use to use the old bitty that came with the x6 U.S. Edition, it will deffinately touch the batts.....I use to use the agama boots, they were thick! Never used Kyosho springs but I'm guessing blue or orange

Kyosho springs don't rub. I run grey in front and white or purple rear depending on traction.

Have that on mine and it fits really well. I have a Trinity 6950 4s pack and it clears.

Not a fan of their window masks though, I had a lot of adhesive left on the windows when I peeled the masks off, used Goof Off and cleaned up no problem though. Just be careful on your paint.

Are 1/8 center spurs generally interchangeable between brands? For example, would an HPI spur gear fit this car or vice versa with a D8 center diff? The reason I ask is I'd like to use an HPI steel 46t that I have and swap a 50 or 52t in to my HPI center diff. Taking apart the car its in is somewhat of a chore so I figure somebody would know.

The plastic spur from a mugen has a center offset, that would most likely not make it universal from other brands.

It's possible,I'm sure another brand might have something that you could make work if ever in a bind....maybe even the complete diff? I had to make another brands diff fit many years ago

I figured there would be some slight differences. I'll have to make do with what I have.

I'm just going to pick up a couple plastic spurs for the Mugen and see how they hold up. Those steel spurs from Mugen are like $35 a piece...ouch.

The plastic will actually last a long time, every time I stripped one in the past was do to the motor moving, I haven't run plastic in a few years..

What issues are you having?

Not a bad deal with all you get as extras.
