What do you mean "if it diffs out too much under acceleration?" I don't know or understand the impact on how different diff oils affect the car. Thanks.

The gears in the rear will spin the rear wheels slower than the front. If the center diff fluid is not thick enough most of the power under acceleration will go to the front wheels. If you have ever seen a buggy or especially truggy accelerating and the front wheels are balooned up and the rears aren't, that's diffing out. It accelerates front tire wear and hurts acceleration.

Anyone Try Drake 10f 10c 7r diff setup
and 1900kv and the 15 pinion 44 spur?
If so what is your take on.
Thank you.

I see really stiff springs, really soft shocks, minimal camber gain in the rear, & tons of rear camber (at least tons more than I run). My guess is he increased the rear dif because it would dif out on sweepers & coming out of corners. He then raised the others to compensate. This is purely a guess though, I haven't run the setup.

Thank you all.
Other question is it worth it to get 100 packs? Or just stick to the 70c

I ran mine yesterday. I ran it with both 6500MAH SMC packs and 4600MAH SMC packs. on 1900KV motor with a 16T pion and 46T spur gear. The 4600MAH packs are about 6 oz. lighter, and with this pack it seems the springs are to stiff. It handled bumps much better with the 6500MAH packs. I think the car accelerated better and felt a bit more nimble with the 4600MAH packs. It was plenty fast. Before I get crazy changing everything I order some softer springs. I am going to see what that does.

I ran the m2c brass chassis weights this weekend with great success. I saw drake was running 40g in the rear so I ordered some. Was able to accelerate much faster out of a corner and seemed to fly better as well. The only adverse effect I had was adjusting the rear ride height. Love the weight in the rear and don't think I will try the under drive gear now.
