Yes, I used it but layed it on its side so the wires were on the side. I also used the little battery stop if you were using 2 2s pack. I mounted it in the front of the tray. Kept battery from splitting.

I gave in and bought a used one off here. It was a tough choice whether or not to buy a new kit. I bought a used one w/ aluminum rear hubs and a fair amount of spare parts.(arms, a,b,c,d plates, upgraded center shafts, spare f/r shafts and a bunch of little stuff) I may receive my package tomorrow, I can't wait to first see what I bought as well as putting it on the track. I got it off of bighen and so far he has been great to deal w/ and shipped it the same day payment was received.

Just got it today, it appears to be in great shape. I shouldn't have any problems putting it on the track next weekend.

I've got a Robinson racing 15t pinion, 46t metal spur. It depends what motor you go with . I think the stock spur is 44t, not 100% though.

I'm running an SMC 1900kv in truggy and buggy, stock spurs and a 16t pinion at most tracks. On 4s. Temps are great even after a 10min main.

All Mugen pinions and they're holding up great. Best price around seems to be Nitrohouse

Rather then spending 35 bucks on a 42t ring gear I bought a complete mgt7 diff. I checked the part numbers and everything seems to match up. Has anybody tried the mgt7 diff? I bought the 12 t pinion gear separate. Thanks, the buggy I bought came with a few sets of springs but most don't have the little black tag on them. I'm gonna have to do some research to check diameter/coils to see whats what. I won a shock duplicator. I thought about putting the springs on the shocks w/ no oil in them to see if I can match these springs up on the duplicator.
