How's the lipo doing temperature wise, you think it's able to deal with it? Too bad there's no logs with the ESC... .
I did go full throttle for less then a second and it flips, but there is more fish in the sea that meets the eye

-This take years to build...and will take some more to tune.... cause i am not bililonaire or rich...and it takes time and months...i got a job, a wife a kid....this is just an hobby...and so on!!

Those tires are not like my motocross tires on the 808e, they are better suit for Rally things...and wet grass ins't perfect for them...yes, that video was made with wet grass that does not show, but there was puddles of water everywhere in that grass...(not making excuses...just put the facts on the table)...there is no temperature issues, yet! Those magnets are so powerfull that this 1/8 weight is a walk in the park... i predicet a 60T pinion and still been able to reduce the 46T spur...and see no heat on grass.... (idiotic?....well maybe...but that's the hole reason to use massive power motors on smaller scale Rc's).

She need's right now a Tbone wheelie bar as rear bumper. And something to reduce the wheelies at front.... i am working on the kinks for it.... it will be Heavy Metal. By the way... i made more videos of the 808e motocross tires and the Mp9e where the front flyed way to nowhere be found... i will make a metal mount for it... Pexiglass or T-Bone plastic is just not enough....i did find the wing, tought...later!

There is still more 20% power to come.... and she only wheelied or flipped on the air, cause it still haven't what i descrived...

The power saga still continues, but now the stability saga journey beings :P

Ah, very good, so full throttle wasn't full throttle, that explains.

Yeah, life and responsibilities, so boring when we have to pretend to be grown up and can't play with our toys .

Edit:
Oh, for making the MP9 front splitter, you could see if you could use the front bumper mount of the Inferno GT2, that sits nice and flat and might fit easily.

.... But the "motocross" ones on the 808e are unbelivable. I made a new video to... that is uploading/editing and we will see what a motocross tire do on grass... Badlands are smurfs compared to those! So so happy with them. I never saw or use a tire like that...it's just ripping all there is to rip, and are bigger and wider then any 1/8 buggy tires...but still no monster truck size!

I only use double lipos in parallel on my Traxxas RC. Long runtimes is always cool
I know you said those orange tires came unavailable ,but do you have some kind of brand/type/nr ??

Btw Nice rolling sound on the mugens last vid... do you know if a plastic spur would survive your big block motor???

Hey there, cool project. Had a question. Noticed that your diffs have the same markings mine do (plastic cup is worn down from pinion gear). Have you found a solution? It's like the pinion gear goes to far into the diffs?

My solution was put another couple of shims into the pinion to further tight the mesh and make even pinion gear goe far into the diffs....

Seens that is a Mugen MBX6T problem....

Put a photo of what you are talking...when you can!
I could use that but i already have a metal shovel that i will cut with a chainsaw "dremel" thing... and drill the holes. Metal will not break!

I mean the thing in pic below. You only need the lower part. I can measure tomorrow what the hole distance is and add some pics of mine. Getting rid of the T-bone front bumper would also reduce front lift (less wheelies) and drag (more speed).

Another idea: if you heat up the rear T-bone bumper, you can flatten it a bit to bring the wheelie-bar closer to the ground, that way wheelies won't go up so high and you might just be able to continue on the throttle. I've shaped that stuff using a blow-torch, but that's easy to mess-up (when making it too hot it will burn and bubble..., I found that out the hard way...) - I saw later people just put it in the oven to shape it (first heat it up and then press between some flat surfaces for desired angle). Forgot the temperature required for that, but you should be able to find it with a bit of googling.

Hum... add pictures of yours... I wanna see that in detail.
As for the rear Tbone i never tought of flatting it to lower the wheelies with a wheelie bar. GOOD idea
I have flatten my tbone front bumper on the Mini8 just by putting it under a chair and sit on top. There is photos of it on the pink monster thread! But there is 1/14 scale and not 1/8...more heavy plastic!
With heat it will be more easy but more dangerous to.

Well that tip to the rear is a very valid solution. I may have to do that. I have a rear bumper and a wheelie bar coming up somewhere in the ocean...2 weeks ago...

-My own recepy:

-A balcony, Tbone bumper underneet the balcony foot, and a wood stick to reverse the curve of the Tbone...

Porn...time!!

-Goodbye 46T spur...

-Hello 32T spur....

-It is a direct fit into the Mugen...well, some dremel on the plastic center diff tower, but nothing major.

BUT the custom motor mount have such a "small" pinion that the motor mount have to be dremelled to accept the 32T...

-Nothing a dremel can't do with hard work... that 7075 alloy is HARD!!

-Almost there... more minutes on dremelling!!

-Perfect!

-Even the tip of the pinion is dropping with such "porn"...

Ok, now let's blow up some diff's and tires for the fun of it!!

Damn man...cant't wait to see the first video.i saw "fly ratio" parts a while ago.i prob wont go further than their 40t spur...
With your "beast" motor you will set a superb speed! Even on half throttle LoL...

Btw...what diff oil dou you use in the center?

Very low KV, Kraken "torque", high voltage... perfect spot for a 32T spur.
Who says otherwise, well it's their opinion... but i have to try by myslef to see how dumb i am!! Maybe it even won't move But heck if it works, dam!!

Also, who made this??ahahahaha

Made some more details...

-No wing flaps, anymore :P

-Balance the tires, with plasticine and glued...

Is the difference between balanced >< stock wheels so big???

I was looking at a hk wheel balancer, but i thought it was not worth the money Because all the rims are plastic and they propably deform at high speeds.or am i totaly wrong?

Btw...i have found Some nice looking 1/5 wheels with extenders for the vorza...i will let you know how it evolves...
