I have a stampede vxl 4x4 with two fans installed. I have a castle 36mm on the velineon motor and the vxl fan on the esc. Both went out at the exact same time. The vxl fan is about a month old but the castle fan only had about 20 minutes run time on it. Does anyone know why they would go out at the same time?

Check for voltage at the reciever.
Are you using a y harness to power them both?

Got it fixed. The castle fan had a broken fan blade causing it to stop rotating and the vxl fan had a bad connection. This all coincidentally happened during the same run. Took the broken fan blade out and re soldered the vxl connection and it's good to go now.
