Pretty much everyone is running the same setup in their MF rigs. I've been running the same setup for over a year. I'm having the most success with the BK setup.

Front:
32.5
#57
.125 internal limiter
mounting inside on tower, inside on arm
2"blue spring
links @ 3B w/2 washers

Rear:
32.5
#55
no limiter
mounting outside on tower, outside on arm
2.75" yellow spring
links @ 1A
carriers in middle

Start there....hope it helps!

you should ask Slim, he would be helpful for your set up. if not dont know what to say, besides testing it out on the track.

The bk setup is good, but I felt it was a bit more hooked up with some changes in the rear. I don't mean to step on toes, but if you're interested in trying a few changes, then here's another option.

Front: Same as the BK blue spring setup

Rear:
Oil: 35wt
Piston: 56
Spring: Red
Shock Location: Next to inside on Tower...Inside hole on A-arm
Camber rod Location: Middle in Tower....A-Hole in Hub

This felt more hooked up than the standard setup and it seemed like you could drive the car harder which = faster.

Also, nothing is going to be hooked up without relatively new M3 holeshots with "non-blown out foam" so make sure your meats are hooked up.

Hope this gets you dialed

Jeremy
