Yes
I was thinking the ball studs being horizontal instead of vertical. Thinking maybe he had a bunch of shims under the ball stud if using the alum hubs??

Anyone heard of an alternative front bumper that does not dig on nose landings as much as stock bumper?

I would use the 7mm hexes. The 5 is meant for the buggy to bring it back to normal width. In doing some math you would need 6.5mm hexes to bring the truck back to normal width (8.5 hexes with regular C block). The 7mm hexes with +4 mount will make the truck .5mm per side wider than stock.

Could use this until the correct hexes come out.
