Coming from onroad racing for many years to starting offroad late last year, so never driven a stadium truck until now, it drives unreal.
Great car to drive, you can really push it like a 4wd or shortcourse but has the smoothness to it like the B5M, great combo. Can't wait to enter some major events with it.

Yeah it's a great release from AE, like I said I haven't been doing this long, so my feedback might not be the best at times. I have only just started to be at the pointy end of the field in buggies so still a long way to go.
Will be good to see how it goes against the other mid mount trucks.
Definitely recommend starting close if not same as book setup, keep shorty pack on hand. I will probably change my shocks to 1 limiter front now I know what it's like and how much grip it has.

So what wheels are you guys using? I bought a set of j concepts for a 4.1 and there isn't enough clearance on the front. The turnbuckle end hits the inside of the wheel. Different offset on the t4.1?

Standard AE 12mm hex truck wheels.
Original t4.1 was bearing wasn't it?
ASC7852 for white and 7853 for yellow truck rims.
There were different part numbers for the T4.1 front and rear rims so they would be different offset.
They use same front and rear now. So you need something that says fits either T4.2 or T5. T4.2 was 12mm hex front and rear so same as T5

It showed t4.1 hex conversion on the bag. Unfortunately thesc were the only white wheels they had in stock and I glued tires to them already. This kinda sucks. Guess I'll have to buy 2 more and use the fronts for the rear when they ware out.

Oh ok well yeah that's ok like you said just use them on rear for practice runs.

That's the same and only AE truck hex wheel all JC drivers are using.

I have JC wheels on mine. 12mm hex all the way around.

Just picked mine up from TRCR and they still have quite a few sitting on the shelf.

But I only see one gear for the diff. It's packaged with the diff lube and black grease for some reason.
