Hmm, I use the brass D mount and love it!

Default pleased...

Running a new T5M between two tracks, one clay the other carpet.

Very nice chassis, surprised the class isn't far more popular.

I know right? I've been a truck guy since my first truck, a XXX-T MF2. That thing was a PIG compared to the trucks of today!

Just strange...

Two completely different track surfaces, and with a tire change and a ride height change? It's money, very, very fun to drive. Well balanced, durable, stable.

Don't understand why it's not picking up more.

Well..what we can do is get them exposure. Bring them to the track, run them, run them some more. Three make a class and the rest will follow.

Me too. Reedy mach2 and ProLine Primes. Thing is a freak, hard to keep the front end down.

Just to report back, I got the Ti-Nitride shafts and X-ring rebuild kit installed and I have to say... These shocks are SMOOTH now! Like almost Kyosho velvet smooth, almost!

My T5 does a lot of sitting as well, not the interest i thought would be there, honestly though i dont run it alot because tire prices between buggy and truck are pretty stiff

I have a b5mfl, t5m, and a sc5m and my t5 is always my favorite car to drive. When the truck first came out we would have 2-3 heats at my track, but now I end up racing it against the short course trucks about half the time because of low turnout for stadium.

Me and my brother switched to stadium trucks because it used to be a fun class years ago before it seemed to die down. then with the new trucks from Associated and TLR there seemed to be a new interest, but really it's not taking back off like we hoped we just recently completed our winter racing league our local track does and at any given race we only had like max 6-7 guys.

Yeah, same here, I almost always run with Short Course trucks mixed in. But it IS picking some steam up here. I actually went with the t5m first to get back into the hobby before even touching my b5m. We run carpet on a tight track, so whereas most people think that the truck is easier to drive....it's not. I've seen a few buggy guys try to race truck and they're a mess. Of course on a bigger track, the truck is indeed "easier" (more stable)

Stadium truck is blowing up here in Sc, very well, but at least 3-4 people brake before the mains, mostly driving and not the truck, running the castle sidewinder sct in mine, it's so heavy now witch I need for our outdoor track because it's so windy, but plenty of power. Hype!.
