team works (all the bells and whistles) was $115. you opt for the pro select rotor, another $10. so you're at $125. with shipping $128. not sure where you get $180 from, but if you paid $52 more than the rest of us, i hope you got a REALLY fast motor.

Just picked up a T5M and wanted to get some ideas on set-up. I will be running on a indoor clay track medium size. Should I run a three gear trans? My track only has mod truck class so I was thinking a 10.5 motor. Any other must do up grades or set-ups? Thanks

I personally run Rivkins OCRC stock nats setup and its spot on for me. Yes the springs (Kyosho gols all around) are a lil pricey but very worth it! I am pretty much stock with the exception of Schelle ceramic gearbox bearings and Nova slipper with a 10.5 for now as well. Truck is awesome! I do want to get aluminum hexes soon though!

If they were the Kyosho white why didn't he say that on the setup sheet he/Associated posted instead of saying "AE Truck White" are they not allowed to let people know they are running non Associated parts? Not saying your not correct just seems weird why it would not have been mentioned.
