You should email Danny directly he always emails right back. Usually within 2 hours. Just email him from the smc sight.

Got through by email. SMC suggests to put a note in the comment section requesting kv information when ordering a motor from them and they will test your individual motor and send the kv rating for your specific motor.

I respect their reason for not wanting to just plaster a general kv rating on their motors.

I'm sure it would have been close enough for me though.
