2.0 is not coming out anytime soon. Just a couple of weeks ago Amain had the kits for $219.99 and now they are back up to $259.99.

hummm.. then TLR should think about it, the SC10.2 is out now, DESC210R V2 is expected

for 219$ it's a steal here a 22SCT costs 400$ (299€)

The new Serpent 2wd SC will be out very soon. Having owned the buggies since there release and seeing how great the parts quality is,not to mention the excellent performance. I would check that out as well.

the 22sct has a massive support in the US as well as the SC10.2 so it's up to you

maybe it would be a bit more tricky to get parts for the Durango depending on your LHS.. and it needs a few mods to be solid

handling wise the losi 22sct should be easier because it's heavier, so a very good choice on low grip/ bumpy/ big tracks.. the SC10.2 is more suited for technical and smaller tracks IMO

to be honest I'm no Losi/ AE fan because the quality of the parts has never impressed me so far (compared with Mugen, Xray or Serpent for example..) but at least you would have absolutely no trouble to get support

I'm sure the Xfactory or the future SC6 would eat them for breakfast but it's not the same budget

the sc10 is overrated

I know I could be killed on a track one day for saying that but it is (had both the RTR and FT)

keep in mind some cars aren't made for some drivers, it happens... this is no exact science, sometimes a chassis that is supposed to be super easy for everyone won't fit YOU and then the only thing to do is to try another one

try some setups, work on the rig etc.. but if doesn't fit it doesn't fit a giant will never feel good in a goblin shoe

plenty of fishes in the sea
