Default wanting to get back into sport, Is this a good price?

Hey, guys has the title says I wanted to get back into the sport, I have found it Team Associated RC10B4.1 Worlds Edition for sale locally. it has LPR sphere ESC, LPR Vector X 11 6.5T motor, I don't know model on the servo, it also comes with a crappy radio also with it comes with a new 2c lips battery and charger... it appears to be I good shape.. The owner is asking 200.00.. is that a fair price?

i'd say it's a fair price for everything you're getting. that 6.5 is going to be a handful though.

You could probably find a B4.2 with as good if not better electronics for the same. People are unloading a lot of new cars with so many new versions coming out now...

I was wondering the same thing it seems to be a ton of new cars coming out all of a sudden so I've been kind of watching to see what kind of deals I can find. That also brings up another question with all of the new model out which what model should I go after. I really like the team Durango Dex210,but its hard to beat a team associated/Team Losi part support at the track

+1 I too thought bigbores were not a worthy upgrade until I bit the bullet and got them. I've only raced just over a year now, and the bigbore change was a very noticeable and welcome upgrade.

durnago is coming out with a new buggy? something like a V2 or v3 dex210 i think? if someone is set on durango, they should wait until that drops, and every one unloads their current gen buggies.

Ya thinking about it I need to start probably with a 17.5 motor, that 6.5 would be way to much

if your track has a "beginners" class, look into that as well.

I started out in stock buggy we run blinky 17.5 and that was perfect for me it thought me how to tune the car rather than try to get the best electronics or the fastest motor my recommendation too you is go with the 22 you can pick the original 22 up for a fair price and they are just easy to drive it was a great buggy to learn on. I have ran associated b4.1 b4.2 centro and rb5 out of all of them the losi was the most stable and well planted around the track good luck on getting back into it. With all the new technology racing is doo much fun and that's what it's all about right

I would pass on the 4.1... Get a 4.2 or a durango..You will be happier with them...
