Yes it does, when you purchase any gen 2 rs or rx8 it is included

There is a separate one made so you don't have to unplug the main one from the Receiver but it's not necessary. More of a convenience thing. There is a 3 pin connection on the ESC just for this extra cable. I purchased one from Tower Hobbies. There should be one included with the new ESC.
