Is the Kyosho Ep Ultima ST a good buy?

Just bought an EP Ultima ST (kyosho). Have I made a good choice? Haven't recieved it yet, but I got it of ebay for $60, new & boxed! It was an unwanted gift, aparently.

It has all the usual components from manufacture & as this is the first time I have gone electric I was wondering what other acessories I might need to get it going. Like batteries, charger etc. What batteries might be the best?

$60 sounds pretty good, but don't break it.

Wasn't going to pay any more for electric right now. Used to using nitro & thought I would give EP a go. But as with everything new to me, I'm pretty clueless!

It's a great car, basically a copy of an AE T3.Hopefully you can make some T3 parts fit on it,because Kyosho discontinued all the parts for it when they quit selling the car.I'll never buy anything Kyosho no matter how good it is-their parts support sucks.

My local hobby store keeps refering to kyosho parts being out of stock due to another company taking over the production of spares for there cars & trucks. Does this mean Kyosho are going out of business or are there spares & parts just not easy to get hold of.
