turnigy trackstar 80amp esc powercap question
 

For those who have experience with this esc,looks like to have a power cap or bec cap soldered onto the negative and positive side of the terminals, I'm installing this into my new car till i can pick up another tekin,what will be effected if i take the cap off? I'm running 17.5 blinky,not sure if i would love punch or what,any help would be appreciated
