I have my doubts there is a problem with your esc. I think it's user error. But if there was a problem, you wouldn't send to it to funhobby. You would go send it to Hobbywing North America http://www.falconsekido.com/pages/rma

Plugged the sensor wire in, still does the same thing, 10seconds of normal fast run, 5seconds of slow and feels dead, then it just cuts off and esc just flashed red. I listed my modes I have it on, anyone know good modes to run? Thanks. Confused on why this thing is messed up and haven't even ran a full battery pack threw it

As suggested did you disable low voltage cut off?

So just disable the low voltage cutoff and run it?

Yes, if you get 5 minutes or whatever past the 30 seconds you've been getting then you know that was it.
Then turn lvc back on and set to a low setting like 3v per cell. Raise the lvc after the next run to get it as high as you can without it cutting and causing your problem from voltage sag tripping it.

Thanks so much fq06. That solved my problem! I just left it at 3.2 v I can go up but just left it there if that works

The lvc in those seems to like being at a lower setting than most esc's so if you are not getting much run time before lvc kicks in lower lvc to 3v.
Once you have got at least 5 min out of it and lvc has kicked in ending your run put the pack on charge to see what the packs voltage is at. If you have more than I guess 6.8v, lvc is not low enough and ending your run early.

That pack is small for a 4x SCT also so don't expect much run time past 5 minutes.

Yeah now I run around 5min and it seems dead, it's a 6000mah 50c and now it's like good for 5 min and starts slowing down and stopping then I go again after hitting reverse then it's slow, goes fast for a second then slows and stops again.

That's lvc.
Take it down to 3v. I have heard of people that take that ESC down to 2.8 or 2.9v and have more like 3.2v per cell left after a run to lvc.
Charge your pack now, what voltage does it say right when it starts up? It will jump up a few tenths as soon as it starts so look at the first split second of charge time number.
That lipo capacity will do much better in that truck than the 4600.

I don't have a charger that has the screen on it, I have a new dynamite charger that's called prophet sport plus. But I can plug my balance connector In to my program box that came with the esc and it says 7.56 on my dynamite reaction lipo I have and the one I'm running in my car now that slows after about 5min is at 7.52v

Good to see you have made progress with it. Just wondering...are you racing or bashing? I wonder if you are getting a full charge with your charger, does it say 8.4v fully charged?

Lower lvc to 2.8 and run it to lvc. Now are you closer to having 7v left? That's about right and whatever the ESC's lvc is set at is irrelevant if its not accurate. So go off what's left in the lipo, that's what matters and set the lvc to whatever you have to to get a run to lvc that leaves you with 7v left in the pack. You can go lower but I don't like to.

I try to race when I can, I have a track In the back and run it on there so I don't bash with it, and fully charged off the charger my battery is at 8.42v

Had my esc set at 2.8lvc and got about 5-7 min of run time and my battery has 7.56v now after the lvc on my esc.
