Questions?? Battery balancer plug repair

I broke what appears to be the positive lead on the balancer plug, and it ripped off right at the terminal, where I cant get to it to reattach it.

Can I just bare a bit of the main positive lead, drop a bit solder on it, and cover it with liquid electrical tape?
