2wd buggy "big" pin tires?

We run our normally bluegroove outdoor track wet in the winter and it gets loose. SS Holeshots and Flip Outs seem to work especially well. In the old days, 4 or 5 years ago, Goosebumps were the big thing. While they are an ok tire the other two I mentioned seem to work better.

I beleive the minimum that Proline will do of any of their older designs is 500 pairs. There was demand here some years ago for their stud tyre (8010?). 500 were made in M3 (not previously available in this compound). 500 sold - fast.

with us you basically get a drying effect throughout the run. So it can start off from sloppy depending on how liberal they get with the watering to a slightly moist hardpack, or even worse if you are a following heat. In general by the time they run say a 4wd classes the surface is more ideal for stuff like holeshots or impacts.
Its too bad a lot of the other manufacturers stopped making at least the step pin tires, but with the way track conditions have been going I can understand.
