whats up guys excuse my newbness im new to the electric world of RC. im always ran nitro. I just recently picked up a ECX revenge type E had it for a few days and i would like to upgrade the motor. my question is whats the biggest i can stuff in it. there doesnt seem to be much of a hop up market for this thing. i already bought what i could sway bars, suspension stifners, locking wheel nuts, and new wheels and tires.

i mod real cars as a hobby so leaving something stock is something i just cant do. lol

i only bought two batteries when i purchased the car i knew i was going to upgrade so i wasnt sure on the batteries. the best ones the place i got my car at had at the time were some Tenergy 5000 3C 11.1v 25c

car runs great but id like to make it as fast as possible haha money isnt really an issue most expensive motors ive seen seem to be in the 250/300$ range with a speed controller, i just have no idea what i can run. still have alot to learn thanks guys

The fastest combo I know would be a castle or tekin 2200 kv combo on 6s.Your batteries will be ok to run in series with a combo like that.

Tekin is mostly ment for racing but they are fast. If you want to go that way you can. If your bashing go with castle 1/8th scale kit.

And buy packs from here 4s or 3s in series to get 6s total
