I've only run savox for a couple years now, so before they where big in North America, and have has 0 issues. They work well, and for the odd issue someone has thats all part of the lower priced products. If you paid twice as much service will be better. Depending on what you run, spektrum sells a lot of the same servo's (like the 6030, 6040 and 6070) as savox at around the same price, just silver instead of orange, and you should get better customer service with them.

I had one 5 min old break a tooth and strip and they refused to do anything about it and then argued with me about how it actually happened, and then told me the hobby shop owner should be the one taking care of it. Ill never buy another savox, Their customer service is worse than a fast food joint.

lol, brand new? With their 1 year warranty ive never had an issue, but I always keep my receipts.
I dont know what the issue's are that you guy's are having. I just log onto http://savoxusa.rmaportal.com and log in.
From there you have to upload a pic of your receipt and your good to go.
Sometimes it takes a few days to get a response, but its warranty work so I dont rush them. Normally Ill get my savox back within a month.

But hitec or protek and call it a day. I have a hitec 5955tg that is 8 years old now and still running and no slip in the gears. I only run hitec for this reason. I bought a savox because the price was right and it was strong and fast but would never center correctly and that was pretty annoying.

Hey I know you are frustrated but I also was waiting on a servo and it took little over 3 weeks got it today. I have sent two servos in out of the dozen Savox I have owned so I am loyal to the brand cause of the performance and reliability. I admit that the communication hasn't been great but they did replace both failed servos so I wouldn't be to upset yet! I bet you get it in the next few days also it states 2-4weeks before you'll get info on RMA or a package. I bet T
they're pretty busy with the Xmas and newbie misused servos.

Bought my LAST Savox servo on the weekend. Bought it Friday, installed it Friday night. Drove it for 15 minutes on Saturday and it combusted.

Savox wont do a thing for me since I cut the servo wires to install them on my lipo. (It was a HV Servo).

I'm an electrician with years and years of DC experience so i know it was hooked up right and that the servo was the problem.

Hugely disappointed that savox would use this as a crutch to avoid fixing one of thier defective products.

Default Parts

I wanted to get the hardware kit for my Savox (screw, arms, grommets) they told me no can do. They only have 2 parts a case and a gear set. If you want anything else, buy a new servo. Needless to say that will be the last one of their servos I will buy.
