Honestly if you know a diabetic person who uses insulin.
You could just borrow a syringe, would work perfectly!

I'm not sure "borrow" is the proper term here. I have a feeling no diabetic really wants it back after you have used it.

it would appear that the proper bearings are included in the CE kit.

Search eBay for pen oiler. There are several variations.

This is the one I used. Won't get banged up and crack in your tool box and it is refillable. The others would work well if you are just keeping it home or in a safer place.

As for a syringe, if you are not used to working with them then stay away from them.

No need to go crazy with the oil though, just enough in there to coat everything.

You need the new top shaft part # 91606. It uses the same bearings as the idler gear shaft.

Just received my SMC 4400mah packs and I have to say I'm digging the shorty packs..lol
I guess it just didn't sink in how much smaller they are till I got one in my hand next to a 5000 standard..
Tires and wheels should be here tomorrow and then I just need to settle on what electronics I want to order. Then the rewiring..

I just ordered two of the same packs, can't wait to get them. I have to do a re-wire too, I'll save that for last.

There nice packs and only took 3 days to get to me so am very happy.
I'm waiting to get everything together before I even attempt at wiring. Being my first buggy this is very tight and I want everything figured and in place before I tackle what at this point is looking like a cluster..lol

Oh and if you have the side foam in battery tray you will need to remove. The packs are tight side to side..

With the wing shim, there's a boss for a screw across from the usual mounting points.

I assume they are for extra bracing. Does anyone use it? What's people opinions on using the extra screw boss? Would the screw need a washer too.

If your talking about the wing angle piece on the wing mount, yes I use that screw to tighten up the wing against the body clips that hold the wing onto the mount. It does give it a slight angle though.
