yes I made sure the EPA was at 0 and made sure everything was right, the servo horn is straight up like it is supposed to be. That is why I am having problems figuring this out. Could it be the 1MM washer under the ball stud on the servo horn? I checked it and it looked like it wasn't hitting anything.

hey, just noticed you are close to me. What radio and servo? Also, if you are getting full let and right lock, dont worry about it. I have rarely seen a car with the same left and right epa numbers. Not without the ability to change the length of the steering linkage.
That's how I adjust my steering arc & toe. Mine are 26mm and 30mm between ball cups, but on the set up station, the steering arc angles and ackermann angle difference are equal on both side.

I just checked, mine is 114/102 with the hitec servo
What about the D/R settings? Maybe that has been messed with? Just a shot. My servo did that and I put everything at zero and turned my D/R up because it was lower then half

Maybe mount the front wing a little lower .

Everything was set to zero like normal when I installed the horn. The transmitter is MT 4S and a savox servo. I redid the steering last night and made sure it was right. I took off the horn and connected a battery to the esc to ensure it was centered, checked turnbuckle lengths and set them back to book stock and then connected the horn and found the same problem. The only was I could fix it was set the steering trim to almost 50 to the left. So I hope this fixes it. Wildcat1971 yes I am close to you and do race at SRS sometimes, but I mainly race in Prescott for the time being but will be going back to SRS a lot more.

With my Futaba BLS351, The horn can't go straight up and down. It can either go slightly off to the left, or slightly off to the right, with the servo subtrim set to 0. Each position gives me an issue.... I have to set my sub trim to 40ish left or right (depending on which spline I chose), I end up with an EPA of something like 120 one way, and 100 the other. The problem is that 120 side, I am not getting full throw where I want. The other direction is fine.
The fix, is I needed a servo horn turn buckle that was a couple MM longer. I then chose the spline more off to the passenger side, and now I get full throw, sub trim is about 10, and I get full throw left and right.
What is a good fan that pushes a good amount of air that I can solder to the battery plug for my car? I was looking at hobbypartz but they seem like they aren't that good of quality. I want something that is going to push a good amount of air for the motor so I can gear up a tooth or 2. Last time I had it at 72/29 and the motor was coming off at 175 and that's way to hot for my comfort. Now that I am geared 69/30 the temps are around 135-140. It has been around 100-109 here and want to help the motor keep cooler

You need to run a longer servo horn turnbuckle. The stock length one that comes with the kit doesn't work for all servos.

Are you saying you made a custom link? The stock one is one piece....again
Yeah from what my pit person said (daughter) I can try again with the 72/29 but with that gearing it seemed like I don't have a lot of low end power. I am running a Tekin RSX in blinky mode. When I did the 72/29 I had motor timing at 50* and with the 69-30 the timing is set at 60* and noticed more punch from it so maybe going up on the timing is what gave me the more punch and not the gearing?
Still would like to put a fan on it because of how hot it's getting out here now

That's not normally the way it works but it does happen
