2 diff mods that I know of. One is cutting the bottom portion of the waterfall off for more flex. The other is adding rubber orings under the top of the waterfall where the screws are. and 2 more on the top of the waterfall where the screws thread down from. Usually a spacer of some type is used between the screw and the upper oring. This allows the chassis to flex more.

on a side not, do you have to use their motor place and gear cover?
Their engineers must have been listening to you because they made that running change (http://miponline.com/store/mip14300.html). You can now use either top shaft/top shaft bearing combo (whatever) and they made it lighter. I run a stock gearcover on mine so I assume that I could use a stock motor plate as well.

wonder why they are going through the effort of making the case use both bearings.

Default Mip puck system

I was thinking of trying the puck system in my stock mid motor buggy what is your opinion? Worth it or not!

Thanks Chris

Never liked how tall the side pods are on the Finnisher so I slammed it. Also like the back sitting level with the top of the tranny. I think I might make my own and combine the Finnisher and Silencer by maybe adding some downforce in the back of the side pods.

Might be a weird question... but does the B5M come standard with the optional bit of foam spacers for those wanting to run a shorty battery?

Thanks in advance!
