I understood what you were doing with the minimum throttle and what it would do when launching the car. Didn't know it was so common to use it that way though. Pretty interesting.

I think they're titanium nitride coated and not solid titanium. They have been listed forever and nothing. Might be low on the list of things to develope I guess.

If you're serious about a set, pm me. A forewarning, they aren't cheap.

Instead of paying the extra money on the Ti coating, I just use some Flitz and the buffer wheel on a dremel and get a really good polish on the hinge pins and shafts.

I was more hoping they were going to be stronger them stock. I've polished my stock ones but have bent a couple and on my other cars with titanium hingepins ive never bent one

i recently converted from b5rm to b5m and i had a pretty good setup for rear motor (after a lot of struggle). with some tweaking to base setup i feel like i've got something to build on. i'm glad i made the switch to mid. i ran a 21 6:15 in my first race with the mid. i started with a 18 lap in round one, 19 laps in round two and 21 in round three. i finished 2nd in the b main, missing the bump. indoor clay medium traction. looking for a little smoother steering

Describe your current steering that you do not like. Is it wanting to dump over on the front and hook around?
