Step1
tighten diff one or two turn and rotate diff against your hand .
Repeat using fewer turns each step until the diff feels tight & you cannot make slip . Test by using two drivers into each outdrive and try to rotate gear by & with a rag to get a good grip.
Step 2
install diff inside transmission & car.

Run the motor at a slow speed and hold one wheel to break in the diff.
Takes about 1 min.
If you can feel the diff free up you will need to tighten it some more and repeat break end until you feel it is tight and broken in .

You can do the same process in the car.
Turn it on and using partial throttle hold one tire for a while and then switch to the other one... Repeat... Tighten diff when needed.

Great tip for proper setup. I do the same but use very big tweezers to lock the outdrives.

Heard from a little birdie the aluminum rear hubs have landed and in route to more of the team drivers. Blue or Black color choice.

This was mid day today. They were in stock on the Team Associated site for about 30-40 minutes. I'm picking mine up from their office in the morning. Also grabbed a Hard regular/flat front tower
