Default B5 with a SP GT2.0 Pro

I haven't seen anyone post an electronics layout with a SP GT2.0 Pro yet so here's mine. These ESC's are bullet proof which is why I like'm. Yes, they are big, but not much bigger than the Orion I don't think. I managed to find a nice short ESC-Receiver lead that's only 7cm for cheap online, so I think the wiring is decent anyways. That's an "orange" receiver in there with the guts of my old SR3500 micro receiver - the case fits fairly well with the SR3500 board - some modification was needed - I plan to put a carbon fiber sticker over it to clean it up a bit. The other nice thing is that if the receiver goes bad for any reason, I can simply rotate the ESC 90* counterclockwise and a full size SR300 o SR3100 will fit right beside it.

Is it summer yet?

Wont that make the push worse allowing more weight to move to the back?

How many people are running weight up front on there b5? Where at and how much? Currently have 28 grams up front and thinking it's to much. All up by the servo.

I have 14 grams under the steering rack in front of the servo. Completely hidden.

Its good to see some are running weight up front and some that aren't. Kind of proves that there is really no magic setup that's good for everyone. Best advice I ever got was to Learn your car and adjust for the way you drive and for track conditions you run on. What works for the sponsored guy probably wont give you the feel your looking for, only a mental boost making you think your now faster than you were before.

Move your rear hubs all the way back, helps kill the wheelies.

You seem to have some time...use it to read or search the thread. Kit setup works ok but depending on your track you will want to make some changes. Seems most find that it has an on power push with the kit setup. Personally I didn't see this at my home track but when I went to SDRC it pushed like a dump truck and I had to make some changes.

Its Reedy's 14 gauge , has thinner insulation and is a little lighter then the other wire commonly used.

Very trick, what's going on my ride ....
